How do your non-hosted/cash bars work?

For our standard bar tops (we have a variety) one evening event, we charge a standard $650 setup/reservation fee. NO MINIMUM SALES FOR ENTIRE EVENT This covers the event insurance, law enforcement sign-off, venue approval, and the pulling of the permit with ABC.  For multiple day events, we do custom estimates based on the size, location, and services requested. From there we take care of the rest! Full Bar, All Mixers, Cups, EVERYTHING! We either charge by the glass individually or offer ticket sales.

For the larger bar props (Horse Trailer, Tap wagon, Tap Trike) we normally require a min. $1200 set up fee. Please either call Leslie  at 530-321-5997 or schedule a time for Leslie to call you here.
